The welfare and protection of the property owner

AN  ECONOMIST`S VIEW OF INTERFERENCE WITH PROPERTY RIGHTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS.

HELLO DRUNKY COCAMO HERE WITH A THOUGHT ABOUT WHAT IT SEEMS TO ME WOULD BE RIGHT AND PROPER TREATMENT FOR THE OWNER FINANCER AND MAINTAINER OF LAND AND HOUSES.

THE OWNER CAN RENT THE HOUSE OR SUITE OR WHATEVER TO SOMEONE AND MANY OF THE RIGHTS OF PROPERTY OWNERSHIP AND RESIDENCE ARE TRANSFERRED TO THAT RENTER. STILL, MANY PROPERTY RIGHTS REMAIN WITH THE OWNER AND MANY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LEFT TO THE PROPERTY OWNER.

To remove authority or refuse to allow the property owner to have power over the property that the property owner is responsible for is to create hardship from property ownership when benefit should be what is attained by property ownership. No person would buy property under any other conditions than to obtain a benefit from the investment of time money and labor in that property.

When other than the property owner can have power over the property and the property owner, that is an absurd and damaging condition for the owner. There is an insane willingness by Law Enforcement to intervene against renters and owners at the behest of persons not owning nor being resident on the property but whom are desiring to effect a negative outcome upon their neighbor. 

THE DESIRES AND FEARS OF SOMEONE RESIDENT NEARBY TO A PRIVATE PROPERTY ARE OF NO CONSEQUENCE UNDER THE LAW BUT LAW ENFORCEMENT ALLOWS SUCH FOOLISHNESS TO OVERRULE THE DESIRES AND WELFARE OF OWNERS AND RESIDENTS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

There are situations where the welfare of the mother or the child overrules the adult male in such a manner as to be absurd and the premise upon which the `welfare` is predicated to be necessary is unchecked, can be a result of a manipulative or extortive plan and-or totally false. No one checks the stories told by family or neighbors or neighbors and attempts at rebuttal are ignored.

ON PRIVATE PROPERTY THE WELFARE AND DESIRES OF THE PROPERTY OWNER MUST BE PARAMOUNT. IT IS A MATTER OF MENTAL WELL BEING AND IT IS AN ECONOMIC NECESSITY TO BE IN CONTROL OF THE PRIVATE PROPERTY ONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR.
