I think that this subsidy program is similar to my "FOOD CARD" Political-Economic Tool which while applied to all citizens equally would benefit the porest citizens the most. I will find out if the benefit is added to taxable income.
I HEARD A REPORT WHICH STATED THAT THE POLISH PEOPLE'S MOOD HAS IMPROVED.
