77 Degrees Fahrenheit in the Solar Greenhouse 25 degrees Celsius

Seventy-seven  Degrees Fahrenheit  Twenty five Degrees Celsius in the Solar  Heating Greenhouse. 


Sunshine streams in from Nine in the morning to Four in the afternoon warming the inhabitant instantly. 

The house in a hole without its Solar heat Producing Greenhouse  is damned cold. It was 47*F this morning and only 60*F at the time when the greenhouse reading was taken and heat was on in the house. 





Today March second it is warm and dry and sunny in the Solar Greenhouse which has had no power used in it ever. There is a warm air recovery system which can store heat in tons of Masonry and Water Container Storage. That heat would be convected into the house passively or sucked into Masonry and  other heat storage as well as being under the greenhouse floor. By Nine AM the Greenhouse Modules on the East would be warm and dry and toasty while the house in the hole stays cold and damp and without the sunlight streaming in.

You can see that there is limited sun exposure for this Legal Demonstration of what Loss was Caused and Continues Contemporaneously. There is nowhere to put the Greenhouses but where they were to be placed, where the house hole is.


Trees have to be left to the East with the Bus in front of them so there is some protection for the house in a hole if the Dam 17 feet higher or more breaks. The Dam is not a proper dam being logs and earth fill. There is another hazard with a deep swale with a small culvert through it 500 meters up the hill (elevated much higher than the Dam here) at Farmer Road, it could fill and burst causing a landslide and water torrent, a lahar. The probably now silted up pond poses less of a hazard now but there would still be a danger posed if there was a malfunction of the culvert under Farmer Road at Otter Point Road.

Lindon Collard filed legal challenges at the time the pond and dam were dug out and the hole and the ditch were dug as a preliminary step in more wide ranging damage claims. This is a module of  ``Solar Heat Producing Greenhouse. There would be five of them working. The rear part which is shingled  would not exist. That area would be under the house on the South.

The plan for the house here at Otter point was for it to be on top of the hill, its foundation dug into the hilltop with the lower by a half story bottom sticking out from the hill on a cribbing and sub walls as so many homes are constructed. This plan was approved by the Capital Regional District Building Inspector.



In front of the house, where the lower half of the house is is where the row of Solar Greenhouses were to provide Heat to the house and heat to Masonry and other storage beneath the front half of the house. This is the hill going down to the North. The shed is there now. The back part of the house was supposed to be right there atop the hill, not in a hole below the hill..






Lindon's ex-wife forced him to contract out the house   " over 2000 square feet and contractor built or I will divorce you and you will lose all of your assets to legal fees." Betty or Trixie said THE CONTRACTOR RIPPED OFF THE TOPSOIL AND TREES AND ALLOWED THE MAD NEIGHBORS FROM UP THE ROAD TO EXCAVATE A SEVENTEEN FOOT DEEP HOLE IN FRONT OF THE HILL THE HOUSE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON TOP OF. Lindon did not know these people. He had one minute conversations, inquiring once if there were any eggs and once if he could get a hand lifting a bathtub from another neighbor.


With the house down in the hole and forty feet closer to the former shallow creek, now a twelve plus foot deep ditch with water at the bottom, there was


NO PLACE FOR THE ROW OF SOLAR GREENHOUSES TO BE CONSTRUCTED AND NO PLACE UNDER THE HOUSE FOR HEAT STORAGE  IT WAS A FLOODING CRAWL SPACE AND THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE WAS STUCK IN THE GROUND INSTEAD OF EIGHT FEET ABOVE THE SLOPE OF THE HILL AS IT WAS PLANNED.


This picture shows how the house is in a hole instead of where plans and permits located it atop the hill. All of the hole was excavated by Ron Shambrooke's Excavator and he trucked topsoil away.The picture at the beginning shows the hill on the back, North side. The front was a gradually sloping meadow which was stripped of topsoil and Rick Metcalfe cut and took the trees which made the property private.  The men who ruined this homesite are profoundly mentally ill and criminally insane.

There would have been six Solar Greenhouse Modules adjacent to each other all along the South frontage of the house and beyond at both ends for four to eight feet. One of the modules with a West Side Extension as the Solar Greenhouse Complex was intended to have is sitting down in the field fully constructed and functional and warm and sunny any sunny or bright winter day.


The heat stored on a day would keep the house warm that day and the next and as soon as a bright day occurred WITHIN MINUTES THE WARM GREENHOUSE SPACE WOULD BE THERE TO ENJOY AND BE WARMED BY THE RADIANT HEAT OF THE  SUN WHICH FLOODS IN. It is damned chilly in the solar heated house in a hole without the Solar Heating Greenhouses.

Where the shed is up in the back on the hill is below the grade where the garage door on the left was to be. The front of the house is only three feet above grade at the garage door sill. Extensive drainage work was done in the hole in front of the garage door. The foundation now in a hole was to be slab on grade at the top. EXTREME VETTING

Extreme and Extensive Vetting for Marijuana sales shops and Dispensary Owners and other employees. I heard about this practice just recently and that the RCMP even wanted information on associates and family members. I think the Marijuana is planned to come prepackaged and there is to be a 7 % profit margin. I wonder what an owner or employee might be able to do.


Then I thought of other situations where large amounts of money could be taken or large losses could result due to the actions of Persons who should probably have to be vetted before they were allowed to proceed with the course of action which they were pursuing. What comes to mind is the overwhelming loss of control I experienced when my wife "had to have a divorce, had to get away from me." I had operated and sold a business, and bought land and finished the first house, it was burnt down and Wife and Kids and  I lost everything, but for the land and enough insurance money to pay the mortgage off and build a modest home on the existing foundation.  That is what I set out to do


Married only two years, my wife threatened me that if I did not finance a two thousand square foot home and she wanted a contractor to build it, she would divorce me and I would lose all my assets to legal fees. She took AND BOTCHED CONTROL. Then she took control again after I remedied some of the botch, much never remediable. She lost everything, from owing nothing to owning nothing but debt more than the property was worth. I inherited enough to be only Twenty One Thousand in debt and she struck again with ``Sign over all of your assets or I will say you abused me``, and a bunch of other nonsense detailed elsewhere.


Should there not be Extreme Vetting of Divorcing Wives and what about Vetting Fake 911 Callers, instead of Pot Sellers?

Repeatedly I have been powerless as really crazy schemes and claims have been deferred to by Government or Police while I the worker or owner have been subjected to absurdly declared defamation. What does the Divorcing Wife who has not been harmed but supported and helped by her husband say about him. I am going to make life as difficult as possible for you my ex-wife hissed, the Police are turned on to you, I told them.....
