CRIMINALLY INSANE - WHERE IS THE THRESHOLD

THERE ARE SERIOUSLY CRIMINALLY INSANE PEOPLE WHO COMMIT OBVIOUSLY INSANE ACTS IN THE THROES OF A PSYCHOTIC BREAK.

The not so obviously Criminally Insane Person may believe that the criminal act they are committing, even though the act is damaging someone or something, is not a criminal offence and because they believe this, they are not acting in a manner which is governed by a sound mind. 

A damaging act that causes another person egregious harm is a criminal act in the most exclusionary interpretation of Law.

Persons who think they can act to damage another person because the Law allows it due to the other person's gender or due to some position they the person doing the damage hold, particularly with Government or Law, are imagining that they have exemptions from the provisions of the Criminal Code which no person has.

I can think of no other way to describe the mindset and actions of a person who sets out to punish or damage another person who has done them no harm than as Criminal Insanity.

The threshold where behavior, actions or words are no longer lawful is where the intent and result of the actions undertaken is to do damage to another  person or their property not as result of actions or words required to accomplish a defense of oneself or one's own property.   

It is a foundational principal of fiduciary law that all "hampering is malfeasance and therefore a criminal offence". If a person is in a position of trust civilly or as a Law Officer, Politician or Administrator that position or its familiarity or powers cannot be lawfully used to negatively affect the person, property or prospects of another person. All wrecking things or projects or the physical well being of other persons is wrong and criminal. 

IF YOU THINK THAT YOU HAVE AN EXEMPTION TO BEING GUILTY OF CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR DESPITE  COMMITTING DAMAGING ACTS YOU ARE INSANE.
